Leo Burke is Director of Integral Leadership and the former Associate Dean and Director of Executive Education at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining Notre Dame, he spent 12 years in training and development at Motorola, Inc. and served as Director and Dean of the College of Leadership and Transcultural Studies within Motorola University. He holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame; an MA in Political Science from Indiana University and an MS in Organizational Development from Aurora University.
Melvin D. Dowdy, Ph.D.
As a consultant, educator, psychologist, chaplain and ethicist, Mel Dowdy has concentrated on executive coaching, team development and change leadership throughout his career. He has taught graduate courses in behavioral science, conducted workshops and seminars on leadership, ethics, spirituality, high-performing teamwork and more. He earned a BA in Philosophy & Theology from North Carolina Wesleyan, a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Duke Divinity School, a Ph.D. in Counseling from Duke University Graduate School, and an MA in Clinical Ethics from the University of Virginia.
