Round 1 (Early Decision)

The Early Decision Round is designed for applicants who have completed their research about MBA programs and have decided that Notre Dame is the school that fits their needs best.

Early Decision applications are reviewed before Round 2 applications. Early Decision also provides applicants with the certainty of learning their decisions (admit or deny) before the end of October. 

Early Decision candidates who are offered admission will have up to thirty (30) days to arrange their one-time, non-refundable deposit of $6,000 and will be expected to remove their applications from all other schools and refuse any future offers of admission from other schools. Applicants who are not prepared for this level of commitment are encouraged to apply in later rounds.

Round 2 Deadline

Special Note: Fellowships are typically available throughout the admissions cycle, however, they are more plentiful during the early application rounds.  To learn more about our fellowship opportunities, please visit our fellowship information page.

Round 2 applicants should complete their applications by October 31, 2011. Fellowship availability will be greatest for this round.

Applicants who submit a completed application by October 31, 2011 will have an admission decision by December 22, 2011. Round 2 applicants that are accepted will be required to submit two, non-refundable deposits of $1,000 in order to secure their seat in the incoming class.

Round 3 Deadline

International applications will be accepted after this deadline, however, it is recommended that international candidates apply no later than this round to ensure adequate time for application review, financial aid, visa processing, and relocation.

Applicants who submit a completed application by January 9, 2012 will have an admission decision by February 29, 2012. Round 3 applicants that are accepted will be required to submit two, non-refundable deposits of $1,000 in order to secure their seat in the incoming class.

Round 4 Deadline (Final One-Year Program Deadline*)

Applications will be accepted for both the One-Year and Two-Year programs, however, this is the final application deadline to be considered for the One-Year Class of 2013. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis for this final deadline with all decisions released by April 13 for completed files.

Applicants admitted during this round will have 60 days from the date of admission, or until April 30, 2012 (whichever comes first) to submit two, non-refundable deposits of $1,000.

Round 5 Deadline (Final Application Deadline*)

This is the final application deadline. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis for this final deadline, and all decisions will be communicated by June 1, 2012, or as otherwise communicated to the applicant.

Applicants admitted during this round will have 60 days from the date of admission, or until June 18, 2012 (whichever comes first) to submit two, non-refundable deposits of $1,000.
