- Non-refundable $60.00 application fee, payable to the University of Notre Dame
- Official Academic Transcripts
- Personal Essay – Submit Online
- Completed Recommendation Forms (2) (Download)
- Official GRE (Notre Dame’s code is 1841) or TOEFL (for international students) scores – Contact the Educational Testing Center and have them forward the scores to Notre Dame. Our school code is #1841. The GRE site is
