Mr. Moore is the principal member of RAM Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm focused on working with privately-held, entrepreneurial companies and their capital and strategic issues. Prior to RAM Capital Partners, Mr. Moore was a Managing Director in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette’s Media and Telecommunications Group in Investment Banking.
