International Business Certificate

The International Business Certificate sequence is a series of courses designed to give the undergraduate business student a broad exposure to the global nature of the world of business. It is open to all students in the Mendoza College of Business. The program is not an official major or minor, but completion of  the program is acknowledged with a certificate at graduation.

The program is composed of a cross-disciplinary sequence of courses in the Mendoza College of Business and the College of Arts and Letters. To complete the program, students are required to select five courses from among a variety of offerings. A minimum of two courses must be selected from among the international business course offerings, and the remainder must be selected from international liberal arts course offerings.

An international economics course can be submitted for one of the international business courses and one advanced course in a foreign language may be counted as an international liberal arts course for the International Business Certificate.
