BIO
Professor Guo studies IT policy issues such as net neutrality, broadband network management, and public safety networks, as well as text mining in online social networks. She teaches core courses including quantitative decision modeling, statistics in business, and process analytics. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management at the Warrington College of Business, University of Florida.
