Start off your summer by reconnecting with your Notre Dame family. On June 3-6, join fellow classmates and other ND alumni as the Notre Dame community celebrates Reunion 2010. Reunion weekend offers many unique opportunities to spend time with friends and family. Stay on campus, or off, and relive the life of a student - walk the lakes, take a fitness class, or swim at the Rock. Are you a runner? Participate in one of the largest races in the South Bend area, the Sunburst. The marathon and half marathon provide a beautiful course along the scenic St. Joseph River; the 10K and 5K runs provide the speed and excitement of the shorter distances, and the 5K walk supports general fitness. But no matter your distance or your pace, all participants are treated to a world-class finish at the hallowed grounds on the University of Notre Dame Stadium's 50-yard line.
If you would rather continue the Notre Dame tradition of lifelong learning, Notre Dame Perspectives is a Reunion series featuring faculty and alumni experts discussing relevant issues of our time. Engage in stimulating discussion with panelists. You also have the opportunity to hear directly from top University administrators about the "state of the University" and plans for the future. Join Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., president, and John Affleck-Graves, executive vice-president, for an overview of University goals, recent institutional initiatives, and the campus master plan.
Love Notre Dame football? With a leadership philosophy that inspires athletes and non-athletes alike, Coach Holtz returns to his beloved Notre Dame to share his insights with her alumni.
The annual John Cardinal O'Hara Society Business Alumni Golf Outing is also quickly approaching. On June 11, join your classmates for a day on the links at the beautiful Warren Golf Course. The 2010 golf outing welcomes Mark Green, National Director Business Development Aramark Corporation and Team Captain of the 1988 National Championship Football Team at the University of Notre Dame. Mark will be speaking on asking more of business as well as taking questions about his football career.
