Day 1 - Tuesday, May 24, 2011
- Upon arrival to Beijing Capital Airport, transfer to the five star Peninsula Hotel
- Welcome reception and buffet dinner
- Overnight in Beijing
Day 2 - May 25, 2011
- Visit the Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City
- Exclusive access to Imperial Chonghua Palace
- Group lunch
- Time permitting, visit the Olympic Green: host of the 2008 Summer Olympics
- Afternoon corporate visit, organized by Dean Carolyn Woo
- Group dinner at China Club
- Overnight in Beijing
Day 3 - May 26, 2011
- Private Tai Chi lesson at the Temple of Heaven
- Visit the Great Wall at Juyongguan
- Optional water calligraphy lesson
- Lunch at The Commune (by the Great Wall)
- Visit Panjianyuan Market
- Group dinner at Da Dong Duck restaurant
- Overnight in Beijing
Day 4 - May 27, 2011
- Morning corporate visit organized by Dean Carolyn Woo
- Group lunch
- Tour along a Hutong in a pedi-cab and visit a local family
- Gather at a Chinese courtyard for private face painting lesson
- Enjoy a private Peking opera demonstration
- Stroll on Qianmen Street with an expert and learn about China’s Heritage Protection Program
- Group dinner
- Overnight in Beijing
Day 5 - May 28, 2011
- Following hotel check-out, transfer to airport for flight to Guilin
- Time permitting, visit the Reed Flute Cave en route to hotel
- Check-in at the five star Shangri-La Hotel
- Private group dinner
- Overnight in Guilin
Day 6 - May 29, 2011
- Day trip to Xiaozhai Village and learn local culture of Yao Minority people
- Picnic lunch featuring local Yao dishes
- Late afternoon drive back to Guilin
- Group dinner with Guilin local flavor
- Overnight in Guilin
Day 7 - May 30, 2011
- Following hotel check-out, transfer to airport for flight to Shanghai
- Check-in at the five star Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Shanghai
- Visit the Shanghai World Financial Center and have a bird’s eye view of Shanghai from the viewing platform
- Follow an expert and learn about Shanghai’s architecture and urban planning
- Visit with local tailor
- Group dinner at T8 Restaurant & Bar
- Overnight in Shanghai
Day 8 - May 31, 2011
- Morning corporate visit, organized by Dean Carolyn Woo
- Time permitting, enjoy a guided walking tour of the French Concession
- Group lunch
- Afternon at leisure
- Evening acrobatic show “Era”

Day 9 - June 1, 2011

- Visit Zhujiajiao Water Village and enjoy a sampan ride and tea tasting at Ah Po Teahouse

- Transfer to airport for flight home via the Maglev Train, the fastest train in the world
