We are pleased to announce the sixth annual diversity conference here at Notre Dame. This year, we invite you to explore how diversity makes a business stronger. When we speak of diversity, often we think only of diversity in ethnicity, or gender. However, there is also a diversity in thought, experiences and backgrounds that is unique to each and every one of us. Whether you are an ex-navy pilot, a second generation Pole from Warsaw, or a computer engineer interested in marketing, you bring a rich set of resources to an organization. For organizations operating in an increasingly interconnected, global environment, flexibility and change are essential. The ability to harness these resources to meet the rapidly changing demands of consumers will be a key factor to success. How do we, as future leaders and drivers of change leverage each and every one of our diverse backgrounds to drive business?
