Virginia Ray named new Sarasota chamber manager

Virginia Ray has been hired as the new manager of membership sales and development for the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, officials announced today.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Ray will lead the membership staff team of John Fenimore, Marianne Goldrainer, Rhonda Cesario and Pam Morgan. Her role will include working with the chamber's trustee members, chamber partners, Power Networking Group, Membership Benefits & Events Council and others.

Ray earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame. She recently relocated from Chicago, and resides in Bradenton with her daughter.
