Beehler joins Galloway Consulting

MISHAWAKA -- Carol A. Beehler, FACHE, FAAMA, FACCA, CNAA, BC, RN, and James B. La Flamme, CHE, have joined Galloway Consulting, also known as Mitchell Galloway & Associates, as senior consultants in clinical healthcare operations after working locally in healthcare executive management.

Beehler and La Flamme bring more than 50 years of healthcare operations and management experience to Galloway. Over the past 12 years, Galloway has worked in more than 400 hospitals across the country. Galloway Consulting is based out of Atlanta.

Beehler previously was CEO of Midwest Medical Group LLC, with offices in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties, and executive director of Cardiovascular Services at Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center in South Bend. Beehler has a BSN and MSN from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

La Flamme previously held positions in Colorado as a chief executive officer and in Connecticut as chief operating officer. He also served as the executive vice president at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend. Earlier in his tenure, he served as the vice president of Clinical Services and Heart Hospital Operations, coming to that position from Elkhart General Hospital as director of materials management. He began his career as a clinical pharmacist and currently lives in Virginia.
