Joseph Kuzmitz, senior vice president, has been promoted to manager of Business Banking Group of 1st Source. Kuzmitz, who has worked at 1st Source since 1982, earned his bachelor of science degree from Marion College, his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
