Procter & Gamble appoints Ernest Gómez to lead Global Intelligence for Brand Protection

Procter & Gamble has appointed Ernest Gómez to the position of Global Intelligence Leader for Brand Protection within the company. An MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and an Operational Risk Expert by qualification, prior to joining Procter & Gamble, Ernest worked for The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as the Vice President, Operational Risk Advisor. Ernest brings ten years of public service to the position as a former US Federal Special Agent / Criminal Investigator and Police Officer for the City of Chicago. Over his one year tenure with Procter & Gamble, he worked within the Internal Audit Department and championed a set of ideas to strengthen and champion the Brand Protection and counterfeit reduction efforts. Ernest has also moved towards achieving a leadership presence in his first year in Cincinnati through network building in Cincinnati as he was just named the 1st Vice President for the International Internal Auditors Association in Cincinnati while serving on Mayor Mallory’s Young Professionals Kitchen Cabinet in the Transportation Committee.
