Master of Science in Accountancy

mna office staff landing

I would like to extend a warm welcome on behalf of the M.S. in Accountancy faculty and staff at the University of Notre Dame. Our Master of Science in Accountancy program provides an innovative curriculum that has enhanced the career paths and provided access to the extensive Notre Dame alumni network for more than 800 graduates. By listening closely to the needs of our business partners since our program began a decade ago, we have improved our program continuously to address the changes in today’s marketplace. Our two-semester degree program, with the Financial Reporting and Assurance Services track and the Tax Services track, has consistently achieved a top 10 ranking by the Public Accountancy Report and our graduates are very highly valued by employers.

We are blessed with outstanding faculty members who nurture, challenge, and cultivate the learning of our exceptionally talented students. We believe the Notre Dame curriculum accentuates development of advanced accounting skills while providing considerable flexibility, including an abundance of finance, management, and communications electives. The case study approach used in our graduate program reinforces ethical decision making in a collaborative learning environment. The approach also allows our students to bridge the gap between theory and practice while drawing on the talents of fellow students including, in some courses, MBA students who possess three to five years of work experience.

Thank you for your interest in the M.S. in Accountancy Program at the University of Notre Dame and for taking a closer look to see if our program is a good fit for your professional and personal goals. Please contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
