David Brenner, Executive Director, Innovation Park at Notre Dame

Dave Brenner is the Executive Director of Innovation Park at Notre Dame. Prior to this role Brenner was the founder and managing partner of IdeaWorks, a new venture accelerator in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was also the founder and president of AVI, where he led the development of several new business ventures, including the highly successful e-commerce business, Ocean Essentials. Brenner also had a successful career in marketing at Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Kellogg’s, where he served as President, U.S. Subsidiaries following extensive executive responsibilities in Europe. He is the former chairman of the Great Lakes Entrepreneurs Quest business plan competition, a co-founder of the Western Michigan chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and the AMA Edison Awards. Brenner graduated from Notre Dame.

Gina Anderson is a native of Indiana and the CEO and co-founder of Mopi16. Gina and her husband Scott Anderson founded and incorporated Mopi16 to provide custom quality online learning and training solutions to businesses and universities. Gina has worked in the online learning industry since 2000 and has been immersed in its evolution over the past decade. In 2004, Gina was awarded the Chancellor's Fellowship at Indiana University and studied under the top leaders in the online learning field. She is currently completing her doctorate degree at Indiana University in Instructional Systems Technology and holds a Master and BA of Science in Education.

Prior to becoming CEO, she served as the Interim Director of Online Learning at the University of Dayton in the School of Education and Allied Professions (SOEAP). While serving in this role, she created a university-wide vision to grow and scale their online programs to support a truly global outreach. Also, within three months, Gina designed, developed and implemented two Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) and a digital badge reward system for the SOEAP faculty. In all, 95 faculty completed both trainings and became part of a rich online community of support that drew attention from other schools at the University of Dayton.

Gina also provided leadership at the University of Illinois to establish and implement a blended-learning training strategy for the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Administration to support University-wide online training for all three U of I campuses. In addition, she has designed several online courses in a variety of fields, including business administration as well as an entire online RN to BSN nursing program. The RN to BSN nursing program is offered at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been ranked 5th in the country among all online and face-to-face RN to BSN programs.

In addition, Gina has provided consultation to a variety of businesses, other universities and K-12 schools in the areas of online teaching and best practices of online and blended learning. She has presented at numerous conferences and talks around the country and has had articles published in state and national journals.

Kali Devaraj, Co-founder and COO of Carex Technologies. Kali received her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a Masters in Commerce degree from the University of Madras (India). She worked previously at Yellow Pages and held a senior Marketing position. She co-founded CareX in April 2011 after researching extensively the transition of care problems prevalent in the healthcare sector. Her mission in starting CareX is to improve patient safety while increasing caregivers’ efficiency and effectiveness.

Robert C. Williams currently is Vice President, Sales & Marketing for F Cubed LLC, responsible for marketing and sales of microfluidic technology in the United States. Robert is an experienced professional accomplished in all areas of sales, sales management, new product development, project support, global product launches, special project coordination and key account relationships. His strategic visions and innovative problem solving have proven effective in his past roles at Bayer HealthCare and Lighthouse Real Estate.
