The University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, in partnership with the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, presents the 2014-15 leadership program. This series of training sessions is designed to help develop and maintain high performing boards of directors for St. Joseph County's non-profit community, and provide key leadership staff with the capacity needed to engage their boards in optimal levels of success in the organization. The certificate program enrollment fee is $2,000, which includes all training sessions and meals for two participants (CEO/CVO), and is provided at a reduced cost thanks to the generous involvement of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County. An additional board member may enroll for an additional $500. This program is open to board chairs, incoming board chairs, and CEO's of nonprofit organizations in St. Joseph County. The fee also provides, at no additional cost, a half day of consultation for each program to be used at the organization's discretion. There will be 7 sessions (one session per month) and will be held on Wednesdays. All sessions are half-day except the April, 2015, program.
