The recruitment process for undergraduate students in the Mendoza College of Business is managed by the Notre Dame Career Center. Recruiters interested in employing business school undergraduates full-time or for an internship are invited to contact a Career Center staff member to tailor a recruiting program to meet their needs.
The Career Center coordinates all on-campus recruiting for business undergraduate students using a preselect, web-based interview scheduling system – Go IRISH – powered by the NACElink Network. You can manage your on-campus recruiting efforts online – from schedule set-up and job entry through candidate selection and notification to printing your final schedules. Students have access to your online recruiting information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Recruiters are also invited to participate in a number of Career Center events, including career and internship fairs, employer information sessions, and other custom events.
